What Kanso keeps in your browser
The Kanso app does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. The one exception is advertising on our public pages, described below.
Advertising on our home page and blog
The Kanso home page and the articles in our blog show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technology on those pages to show ads and to measure them. They may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. The ads are never shown inside the Kanso app (sign-in, dashboard and your workspace).
- You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.
It keeps a few things in your browser's own storage so the app works:
- Your sign-in, so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
- Your choices: light or dark theme, which tabs are open, the size of panels, your voice language and whether captions stay on.
- Today's conversation with your Chief, so it is still there when you come back the same day.
You are in control
You can clear this at any time in your browser's settings. Kanso will then ask you to sign in again and forget your choices.
