Who can join?
Anyone with a real audience of founders, marketers or operators. Newsletter writers, community admins, consultants and creators all qualify. There is no follower minimum, but we do check the audience is genuine before approving.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, by UPI or bank transfer to an Indian account, once your balance crosses ₹1,000. Balances below that roll over to the next month.
Is tax deducted?
Yes. For resident individuals we deduct 2% TDS on commission under section 194H and issue Form 16A, so it shows up in your 26AS. If you are GST registered, raise an invoice with GST and we will pay that on top.
What happens if my referral cancels or downgrades?
You earn on what they actually pay. If they downgrade, your commission follows the new amount. If they cancel, it stops. If they come back within the attribution window, it resumes.
Can I bid on the Kanso brand in paid ads?
No. Bidding on Kanso or misspellings of it is the one thing that will get an account removed, because it takes traffic we would have had anyway. Everything else is fair game.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self referrals and referrals to companies you control do not earn commission. If you want Kanso for your own work, ask us about a partner rate instead.
