X (Twitter) Agent

Turn your marketing context into X posts you can review and publish.

Kanso drafts posts for X from what it knows about your company, in your brand voice or your founder's. You edit, regenerate or dismiss each one, then publish it through your connected account when you are ready.

The problem

Posting well on X is mostly workflow

The hard part is rarely having something to say. It is turning it into good posts, again and again, and getting them out.

Consistency is hard

Posting regularly means finding something worth saying again and again, on top of everything else.

Ideas are not posts

A good point still has to be turned into a few short lines that read well and fit the limit.

Rewriting is repetitive

Most drafts need several passes before they sound right, and each pass costs time.

Voice drifts

Keeping the same tone and the same claims across posts is easy to lose track of.

Current topics take research

Reacting to what is happening means finding it, checking it and relating it to your business.

Publishing is another step

Moving finished text between a writing tool and X is more friction, and it is easy to lose track of what went out.

The difference

Without Kanso, and with it

Without Kanso
  • Thinking up post ideas from scratch each time
  • Rewriting drafts until they sound right
  • Keeping tone and claims consistent by hand
  • Researching current topics before writing about them
  • Switching between a writing tool and X
  • Little record of what was drafted, posted or skipped
With Kanso
  • Three drafts each time you run it, grounded in your company documents
  • One draft regenerated in place when it is not quite right
  • Current-events drafts that come with their sources
  • A company voice or a founder's own voice
  • Edit, then publish from Kanso or open X's composer
  • Each publish tracked, and unclear outcomes flagged
What it is

Strategy, content, review, publish, reconcile

The X Agent is not a standalone tweet generator. It is one channel in Kanso, so every post starts from the same company documents the other agents use.

01

Strategy

Your company documents and brand voice.

02

Content

Drafts written from that context.

03

Review

You edit, regenerate or dismiss.

04

Publish

You press Post now, or post from X.

05

Reconcile

Kanso confirms what actually went out.

It drafts. You publish.

Kanso generates drafts when you run the agent, and a daily run is built in but currently paused. It does not post on a schedule or on its own. Nothing reaches X until you press Post now on a specific draft, or post it yourself from X's own composer.

How it works

From your company context to a confirmed post in five steps

STEP 01

Understand

Every draft starts from what Kanso already knows about your business.

  • Reads the company documents Kanso built from your website, including product information and brand voice
  • Grounds claims only in facts those documents support, and does not invent customers, statistics or counts
  • Writes as your company, or switch to Personal Growth Mode for a founder's own voice
  • Rotates the angle by day of the week so drafts do not repeat

STEP 02

Draft

Each run leaves drafts waiting in your Agents Feed. A daily run is built in and currently paused.

  • Three drafts per run, each on its own angle and within X's 280-character limit
  • Short lines in a natural voice, without hype phrases or hashtag clutter
  • Each draft says why it works, and names any claim you should fact-check
  • In founder voice, a draft can come with a suggested first reply

STEP 03

Refine

Make each post yours before it goes anywhere.

  • Edit the text directly and watch the character count against X's limit
  • Regenerate a single draft on the same angle without discarding the others
  • Dismiss anything that is not worth posting
  • Posts that were already posted, or are being posted, cannot be regenerated

STEP 04

Publish

Publishing is always your decision.

  • Post now publishes through your connected X account, as written, with no further review step
  • Preview on X opens X's own compose window with the text filled in, and needs no connection
  • Kanso checks the final text again: not empty, within 280 characters, no placeholder text
  • Connect through X's own authorisation, and disconnect any time

STEP 05

Reconcile

Kanso keeps track of what actually went out.

  • Each post moves from draft to posting to posted, with a link once X confirms it
  • If X rejects a post outright, it returns to draft so you can fix it
  • If the result is unclear, Kanso does not retry, because that could post twice, and flags it for you
  • A background check every few hours finalizes posts X confirmed, and never creates one

  3. PostedConfirmed by X, with a link to the post
If X's answer is unclear, the draft stays in Posting, is not retried, and is flagged for you to check on X.

Current events

Posts about what is happening now, with their sources

Current Affairs is a separate action you run when you want it. It spends a web search, so it never runs on its own.

  • Searches the web for topics relevant to your business
  • Drafts posts only when it finds something relevant, and says so when it does not
  • Every draft lists the sources it was grounded in, and flags the claim to verify
  • Kanso does not know when a source was published, so check it before you post
  • Refresh a current-events draft by running Current Affairs again

Capabilities

What the X Agent does

AI post drafting

Three drafts per run, each on its own angle, written from your company context and kept within X's character limit. Scheduled runs are built in and currently paused.

Company and founder voice

Write as a brand account, or switch to a founder's calm, first-person voice for building in public.

Regeneration

Replace a single draft with a fresh version on the same angle, without losing the rest.

Current-affairs drafts

On request, draft posts around relevant current topics, with the sources they were grounded in.

Fact-check flags

When a post states something that may be out of date, Kanso names the exact claim to verify.

Editing with a live count

Edit the text, watch the character count, and Kanso checks the final text again before it is sent.

Direct publishing

Post now publishes through your connected X account. Preview on X opens X's composer instead.

Publishing status

Each post moves from draft to posting to posted, with a link once X confirms it.

Careful with unclear results

If a publish cannot be confirmed, Kanso does not retry it, and a background job finalizes only posts X confirmed.

Built differently

One channel in a marketing system

Many tools stop once the text is written. Kanso starts from your strategy and keeps going until it knows what happened to the post.

Starts from your strategy

Drafts come from the same company documents as Kanso's other agents, so your voice and your facts stay consistent across channels.

Grounded, not invented

Claims rest on facts your documents support. Current-events drafts show their sources, and uncertain claims are flagged for you to verify.

Publishing you can trust

Each post is claimed before X is called, so it cannot be sent twice. Unclear results are flagged instead of retried, and confirmed posts are recorded.

Why X

A place to speak up in public

X rewards short, timely, specific posts. That suits a few kinds of marketing well.

Company updates

Share what is new in your own words, close to when it happens.

Thought leadership

Put a founder's perspective in front of the people who follow your market.

Commentary

Add a considered view to a topic your audience is already discussing.

Industry conversation

Take part where people in your field talk to each other in public.
