Keep neighbourhood and market content moving without a full-time writer.
Kanso checks how your brokerage's pages read in search, drafts long guides from queries your site almost ranks for, and writes LinkedIn posts in the firm's voice. You edit and publish everything yourself, and it reads no listings.

At a glance
The listings keep changing, and the content around them goes stale
A brokerage lives on its listing feed, which sits outside the pages search engines weigh most. The guides and area pages that could earn trust are the ones nobody writes.
Area pages are thin
A neighbourhood page with two lines of text gives search and buyers little to hold on to.
Agents each do their own thing
Voice and quality vary from team to team, and the firm has no shared picture of itself.
Market writing needs to stay careful
Anything about prices or trends is only useful if it is accurate and current, so a writer has to check it.
From a feed of listings to a site with guides and a consistent voice
Kanso handles the first draft and the page review. The market knowledge, and the facts, are yours.
- A different tone from every agent
- Area pages left as stubs
- Ideas for guides chosen by guesswork
- Five profile documents from your site, including a brand voice, that every agent reads
- A guide drafted from a query where the site is just off page one
- A review of the pages buyers and sellers arrive on
A search lead, a writer and a firm-level voice
SEO, Writer and LinkedIn do the work. GEO is available for checking what AI crawlers can read.
SEO Agent
Looks at up to 25 public pages, such as the homepage, area pages and a team page, and ties the findings to Search Console data.
- It produces
- Findings on titles, descriptions, canonical links and headings.
- Where it fits
- Shows which area pages are weak.
Writer Agent
Takes a Search Console query where the site is off page one and drafts a long guide in the firm's voice.
- It produces
- A Markdown draft with its keyword and word count.
- Where it fits
- A buying or selling guide to edit with local facts.
LinkedIn Agent
Drafts one first-person post per run for a principal's or broker's own profile.
- It produces
- A post of about 150 to 220 words.
- Where it fits
- Keeps the firm's leaders visible to the professional network.
GEO Agent
Checks nine named AI crawlers against robots.txt and whether llms.txt is served.
- It produces
- A readiness report.
- Where it fits
- Shows whether AI systems can read the site.
A routine for a team with no content department
Five steps. The firm supplies the local knowledge Kanso does not have.
- 01Kanso
Profile the firm from its website
Kanso reads your homepage and linked same-site pages and writes five documents, including a brand voice. If the site never names the areas you serve, the documents will not, so add them.
Review the pages buyers land on
The review covers up to 25 public pages and names each page with its finding. It does not read your listing feed.
Draft a guide
It uses queries from the last 30 days with over 50 impressions where the site is off page one, and drafts for the most searched. A topic cannot be supplied, and a site with little search data may get no draft.
Draft a LinkedIn post
One draft per run, told not to invent customers, statistics or stories. It knows nothing of a particular sale, so an agent edits it to say what actually happened.
- 05You
Add local facts, then publish
Check names, figures and dates, add what only you know, and publish the guide through your own site. A LinkedIn post goes out only when you press Post now.
What you receive
Drafts and findings wait in the Agents Feed.
Area-page findings
Each finding names the page, the reasoning and the data it rests on.
A guide draft
A long Markdown article that can be read rendered, copied or downloaded as a .md file.
LinkedIn drafts
First-person posts with a hook and a short reason for the angle.
The firm checks every fact before it goes out
Kanso has no view of the local market and sees no transactions.
Kanso does
- Reads your public pages and search data
- Drafts guides and posts
- Records tasks you open
You decide
- Whether the facts, figures and dates are right
- Which drafts to use or discard
- What is published, and where
Kanso never
- Values a property or predicts a market
- Posts to LinkedIn without your click
- Publishes a guide or edits your site
Where this fits
Situations, not results. They depend on your site and your queries.
A relocation question people search
If the site sits on page two for it, the Writer Agent can draft a guide for an agent to complete with local detail.
A team with five voices
The brand voice document gives drafts a common tone, which you can correct by hand.
An agency site on a new platform
The crawler report shows whether the new robots.txt still lets the crawlers through.
How Kanso approaches a brokerage's content
Each point is something the product does today.
One profile, many drafts
The agents read the same documents, so the firm sounds like itself.
It is plain about its limits
It does not see listings, prices or transactions, and it says so.
You stay in control of publishing
No scheduler, no automatic posting, no CMS access.
What Kanso does not do for real estate teams
A brokerage runs on systems Kanso is not connected to. These are the limits.
It does not read listings or an MLS
There is no listings feed, property data or price history, so drafts cannot be about a specific property.
It does not value or forecast
It does not estimate a home's worth or predict a market, and a guide that cites a figure needs your check.
It does not run your listings, leads or reviews
It does not connect to a CRM, route leads, edit directory profiles or answer reviewers.
It does not publish for you
There is no CMS integration, and LinkedIn posts go out only on your click.
It does not read engagement
It does not report post reach, likes or visitors.

Questions about this use case
Does Kanso read our listings or the MLS?
No. It reads your public website pages and, if connected, your Search Console data. It does not see listing or sales data.
Can it write about a specific property?
No. Neither run takes a brief, and Kanso has no property data. Edit a draft to cover a listing yourself.
Can it estimate prices or predict the market?
No. Any figure in a draft has to be checked and supplied by you.
Who posts to LinkedIn?
You do, by pressing Post now. It publishes to the connected member's personal profile as text only.
Is this for individual agents too?
Yes, though the Realtors page is written for one agent's personal brand, with X posts as well.
Do I need Search Console for the area guides?
Yes, for guide drafts. The page review and LinkedIn drafts do not.
