2. What you can raise
- How Kanso collects, uses, stores, shares or deletes your personal information, including information received from Google, GitHub or a social platform you connected.
- A request under the Privacy Policy that was not answered or not carried out, such as access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
- Content, a post or a pull request created through Kanso that you believe is wrong, unlawful or infringes your rights.
- Problems with your account, including access you did not authorize.
- Any other complaint about Kanso’s service or conduct.
3. How to submit a complaint
Email support@kansoai.in with the subject “Grievance”. So that we can act quickly, please include:
- your name and the email address of your Kanso account (we use it to confirm the complaint is yours);
- what happened, when, and which part of Kanso it relates to;
- what outcome you are asking for;
- any links or screenshots that help. Please never send passwords, sign-in codes or access tokens.
4. What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours. You will get an email confirming we have received your complaint and giving it a reference.
- Resolution within 15 days. We aim to resolve the complaint, and tell you the outcome and the reasons, within 15 days of receiving it. If a complaint genuinely needs longer, for example because a third-party platform must act, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- We keep a record of every complaint and how it was resolved.
- Requests to delete data are carried out as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Things you can do yourself
- Delete your account and data: in Settings, under Account & Security, choose Delete account.
- Disconnect Google: use Disconnect on the Google Search Console or Google Analytics card in your workspace (Owner only), or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Disconnect social accounts: in Settings in your workspace (Owner only), or in the platform’s own settings.
- Remove GitHub access: uninstall the Kanso GitHub App in your GitHub settings.
6. If you are not satisfied
If our answer does not resolve your complaint, you can reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be reviewed again. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority or another competent authority. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
