Market your recruiting firm to clients and candidates without writing it all yourself.
Kanso turns your website into a written profile of the firm, drafts LinkedIn posts for a recruiter's own profile, and writes article drafts from the searches that already find you. It markets the firm. It never sources, screens or contacts candidates.

At a glance
Clients and candidates read the same feed for different reasons
A hiring manager wants evidence that you can fill a role. A candidate wants to know you are worth a reply. Both look at your profile and your site.
The feed is part of the pitch
A recruiter's own LinkedIn activity is read as a sample of how the firm works, and a quiet one weakens the pitch.
Open roles come first
Billable work fills the week, so the firm's own posts and articles are written last, or not at all.
Boasting is easy and wrong
A vague claim about results, or a placement story that is not quite true, costs more trust than saying nothing.
From a quiet profile to drafts you can make true
Kanso writes the first version. The specifics, and what must not be said, come from you.
- Writing between candidate calls
- Re-explaining the firm's style to each freelancer
- Never viewing the pages a client lands on
- A written profile of the firm built from your website, including its voice
- Post drafts told not to invent clients, meetings or stories
- An article drafted for a search that already finds your site
A voice on LinkedIn, an article behind it, and a site that holds up
LinkedIn and Writer produce the words. SEO looks at the pages the words point to. X is there for short posts.
LinkedIn Agent
Drafts one post per run in the first person, taking one of six rotating angles, among them an industry observation and a lesson learned.
- It produces
- A post of about 150 to 220 words with a one-line hook.
- Where it fits
- Keeps a recruiter visible on the platform clients check.
Writer Agent
Chooses a Search Console query where the firm's site sits off page one, and drafts a long article for it.
- It produces
- A Markdown article draft.
- Where it fits
- Longer advice for people who searched for it.
SEO Agent
Reviews up to 25 public pages and pairs the result with Search Console data.
- It produces
- Recommendations about how your service, sector and contact pages are built.
- Where it fits
- Looks at the pages a client reaches from a post.
X (Twitter) Agent
Produces three short drafts per run.
- It produces
- Drafts of up to 280 characters.
- Where it fits
- Only if the firm is active on X.
A routine that fits around open roles
Five steps, none of which needs a long sit-down.

Give Kanso your site
It reads the homepage and linked same-site pages, then writes five documents about the firm. Nothing outside those pages informs them, so if the site never says which sectors you recruit for, the documents will not either. Correct them.
Get a LinkedIn draft
Run it whenever there is a spare few minutes. The draft is written to avoid invented figures, clients and anecdotes, and it cannot be aimed at a specific role or placement, so you steer it by editing.
Let your search data pick an article
Once Search Console is connected, the agent looks at 30 days of queries, drops any under 50 impressions or already on page one, and drafts for whichever has the most impressions. A quiet site may produce nothing.
Look at what a client sees
The page review covers up to 25 public pages and flags missing titles, empty descriptions, absent canonical links and weak headings, with the evidence beside each flag.
- 05You
Strip, correct, post
Remove anything that identifies a client or candidate, correct what is wrong, and decide who the post is for. Posting happens only when you press Post now, and it lands on your personal profile.
What you receive
Each item sits in your Agents Feed until you do something with it.
LinkedIn drafts
A first-person post with its hook and a one-line reason for the angle it took.
An article draft
A long Markdown article for a search your firm's site already appears in, keyword shown.
Service page findings
Each finding gives the page, why it matters and the data behind it.
A recruiter decides what is true and what is private
Kanso has no view of your searches, placements, clients or candidates.
Kanso does
- Writes a first draft from a profile of your firm
- Re-checks a post's text before it is sent
- Keeps a record of tasks you start
You decide
- What is accurate and what stays confidential
- Which audience a post is for
- Whether and when to post
Kanso never
- Contacts a candidate or a client
- Posts to LinkedIn on its own
- Publishes an article or edits your site
Where this fits
Situations, not results. The drafts reflect what your site says.
A principal has ten spare minutes
Run the LinkedIn Agent, then rewrite the draft around a view you really hold.
People search for how to hire a role
If that search sits on page two, the Writer Agent can draft an explainer for you to sharpen.
A sector page that was never revisited
The review shows whether it has a clear title and whether crawlers can reach it.
How Kanso approaches a recruiting firm's marketing
Each point is something the product does today.
Drafts begin from your own site
They avoid invented clients and stories, because the writing instructions forbid them.
Posting is a click you control
If a post's outcome is unclear, Kanso flags it for you and does not send it again.
The service pages get looked at
The page review sits beside the posts, so a click leads somewhere sound.
What Kanso does not do for recruiters
Recruiting depends on tools Kanso lacks. These are the edges.
It does not source, screen or contact candidates
No candidate search, outreach, messaging or interviews. It markets the firm only.
It does not post jobs or link to job boards
There is no applicant tracking, and Kanso keeps no candidate or client records.
It does not check employment-advertising rules
Kanso does not review drafts against advertising or hiring regulations. That review is yours.
It does not post to a firm page
LinkedIn posts reach a personal profile as plain text, without images or company-page publishing.
It does not take a brief or keep a calendar
You cannot ask for a post on a given role, and nothing is scheduled.

Questions about this use case
Can Kanso find or contact candidates?
No. It markets your firm only. It has no candidate search, outreach or messaging, and holds no candidate data.
Can it write about a particular placement?
No. A run takes no brief, so a draft starts from your firm's profile. Edit it to add what you can share.
Do recruiter posts go to my profile or a company page?
To the personal LinkedIn profile you connect, as text only, and only when you press Post now. Not to a company page.
Does it check employment-advertising rules?
No. Kanso does not review drafts against advertising or hiring regulations.
Can I start with LinkedIn drafts before connecting Search Console?
Yes. LinkedIn drafts and the page review work without it. Only the article drafts need it.
Can Kanso publish to our careers site or blog?
No. There is no CMS integration, so you publish the Markdown yourself.
