A written marketing plan and a few drafts a week for owners who do it all.
Enter your website and Kanso writes down what you sell, who it is for and how you sound, then drafts posts and an article for you to edit. It works on your website and your search data. It does not manage listings, reviews or bookings.

At a glance
The owner is also the marketing department
A small business has one person who sells, delivers, invoices and, somewhere in the gaps, tries to market.
There is no written plan
Who the customers are, what to say and where to say it lives in the owner's head, so every task starts from nothing.
The website has not been looked at
A title that is missing or a description that is empty goes unnoticed because nobody has time to check.
Every dollar has a job
There is no budget to hire a writer, so content gets written late, if at all.
From a blank page to a first draft of everything
Kanso writes the first version of the plan and the posts from your site. You make them right.
- Drafting positioning notes with no starting point
- Not knowing whether the website is in good shape
- Writing every post and article yourself
- Five documents written from your website, including a marketing strategy with priority channels
- A check of your pages and what crawlers can read
- Drafts for X and LinkedIn, and an article once Search Console has data
A small set of agents for a small team
SEO, Writer, X and LinkedIn do the work. GEO adds a check of what AI crawlers can read.
SEO Agent
Reviews up to 25 of your public pages and combines the result with Search Console data.
- It produces
- Where your pages lack a clear title, description or heading.
- Where it fits
- Looks after the website.
Writer Agent
Picks a Search Console query where your site is not on page one and drafts one long-form article.
- It produces
- A Markdown draft for review.
- Where it fits
- Waits for Search Console data, so it comes later for a new site.
X (Twitter) Agent
Writes three short drafts per run in a company voice, or a founder's first-person voice.
- It produces
- X drafts within 280 characters.
- Where it fits
- Short posts of your own.
LinkedIn Agent
Writes one first-person draft per run from your company context.
- It produces
- A LinkedIn draft of about 150 to 220 words.
- Where it fits
- A post in the owner's voice.
GEO Agent
Looks at robots.txt for nine named AI crawlers, and at llms.txt and structured data.
- It produces
- A readiness analysis.
- Where it fits
- Checks what AI systems can read.
A plan first, then small, repeatable steps
Five steps. The first gives everything else something to work from.

Get a plan from your website
Enter your website and Kanso reads the homepage and the same-site pages it links to, then writes Product Information, Marketing Strategy, Brand Voice, Competitor Analysis and an Articles Plan. They are only as good as your site, so correct what is missing.
Check the website
Kanso reports on titles, descriptions, canonical links, headings, links, robots.txt and sitemaps across up to 25 pages. Search Console connects read-only and adds query data.
Draft a few posts
Run LinkedIn and X when you have a spare moment. They take no brief, so each draft starts from your documents. Edit it to say what is true this week.
Draft an article from your search data
Once Search Console shows queries with enough impressions off page one, the Writer Agent picks the most searched and drafts an article. A newer site may have none, and then it writes nothing.
- 05You
Review and post yourself
Read each draft, fix what is wrong, and post it. Posts go out only when you press Post now, and an article is published in your own tools.
What you receive
Everything is kept where you can read and edit it.
Five company documents
Product Information, Marketing Strategy, Brand Voice, Competitor Analysis and Articles Plan, all editable.
Website findings
Each finding names the page, why it matters and its data.
Post drafts
LinkedIn and X drafts from your company context, with a short rationale.
An article draft
A long article in Markdown for a search your site already appears in.
You run the business and the message
Kanso drafts. It does not speak for you.
Kanso does
- Writes the first version of your documents and drafts
- Re-checks the final post text before it is sent
- Records the tasks you open
You decide
- Whether the plan reflects your business
- What each post and article says
- What to change on your website, and when
Kanso never
- Posts or publishes without your click
- Edits your website
- Changes the plan after you correct it, unless you re-run onboarding
Where this fits
Situations, not results. What Kanso finds depends on your site.
You have never written a marketing plan
Run onboarding and read the Marketing Strategy as a first draft to react to.
You are about to hire help
The five documents are a written brief to hand to a freelancer, so you do not start by explaining everything.
A page that has not changed in years
The page review shows whether it carries a clear title and description, and whether crawlers can get to it.
How Kanso approaches a business with no marketing team
Each point is something the product does today.
It starts from your website
The website is the input, so there is no long form to fill in first.
The plan is editable
You can correct any document, or re-run onboarding after your site changes.
Drafts avoid invention
The writing agents are told not to make up statistics, customers or stories.
What Kanso does not do for small businesses
Local, owner-run businesses often expect more. These are the limits.
It does not manage local listings or reviews
Kanso does not handle a Google Business Profile, map listings, review replies or review requests. Those tools are not available.
It does not take bookings or run ads
No bookings, appointments, ads, email or customer records.
It needs a website
It reads your public pages, so a thin site produces thin documents.
It does not schedule or measure
No scheduler, and no impressions, reactions or follower figures.
It does not publish articles
There is no CMS integration. Drafts are Markdown you publish yourself.
